Helping Japan

I am a small group leader for a group of High School and again for an 8th grade group of girls for our youth group. Teens are such great people! They have a desire to serve and help others. Last night my 8th graders discussed that they want to do a service project for Japan and what that looked like! I promised them that I would take their ideas and do some research. One girl wanted to buy a tshirt where the money goes to Japan but we can still support it here. Here is what I found and more!

Delia"s Support Japan Tshirt
The Advantage Company
Pray for Japan Facebook page
Zazzle

It can be scarey to give to companies that you don't know so here is some advice!
Avoid Japan Giving Scams!

Here are some reputable companies that you can donate safely with.
World Vision
Salvation Army
Red Cross
Convoy of Hope

I will continue to search for ideas and let me know if you have any! I do love the idea of a bake sale:)
