Purex Baby Detergent Review

I do not have a baby but my son has a serious skin disorder and I like to wash his clothes in gentle detergent to protect his skin.  This detergent is gentle yet smells amazing. It doesn't seem to bother my son's skin and his clothes smell great for days, even the ones I put away in his dresser. Although it is gentle, Purex Baby Detergent still cleans his grass stained pants and gets the cream residue from his skin out of his clothes! Amazing product! It really did last for the 33 loads that it promises! I can only imagine how great this product is for baby skin and getting baby stains out! Give it a try!

Sample Hoarding

Hi! My name is Dawn, and I am a sample hoarder! Do you have boxes, bins, or closets that look a little like this?

This is just the tip of the iceberg if I am to be honest with you! My biggest issue seems to be health and beauty items! Food items get eaten quickly in my home, sometimes before I get home from work! I have just become concerned about the amount of shampoo and body lotion that I have! I realize that it is not who dies with the most samples wins theory! So this week I have used a different item everyday, encouraged my kids and hubby to do so also, and stop the madness of my hoarding. I don't want my family to put me on a TLC show someday!

Here is what I have learned from this:

1. Children do not like to throw away the empty package that they use in the shower!
2. You do not need a whole package of conditioner if you have oily hair to begin with so I have 6 open packages in the shower.
3. That Garnier has a million different types of shampoo and I believe I have a sample of them all!
4. That we do not need to buy lotion for a long time!

All in all, this was educational! Let me know if you get where I am coming from or if I am alone in my hoarding:)

Back and Ready to Go!!!

I have taken a slight hiatus from the blogging world because of life circumstances that required that I work 2 jobs for a while! With 4 kids (all in sports. 3 in high school and 1 in junior high!), teaching job, and retail position, I was pretty wiped out! So now that I am down to only 40 hours a week :) I am ready to invest in my blog again! I am going to teach a coupon class in Chippewa Falls with hopes of doing one in Menomonie! So keep your eyes peeled for this and be ready for a fun season of blogging:)

 This is our oldest son on his last home football game of his high school career! He is a great kid and we are so proud of him!
